Manon VanSchoyck, or Mrs. Van to most, is the Founder & Executive Director of Ohio Nature Education. Manon has worked in the field of environmental education for more than 30 years and is passionate about educating people on how we can positively affect wildlife. She is an avid birdwatcher and also enjoys gardening and cooking.

Currently serving on Ohio Nature Education’s board of directors, Chris has been involved with ONE for many years and in many capacities. She strongly believes in ONE’s mission of educating people on the wonders of Ohio’s wildlife diversity and history. She has pet rabbits and enjoys birding, traveling, reading, gardening and cross-stitching.

Tara Hutson, one of Ohio Nature Education’s board members, is a librarian and branch manager at the Fairfield County Library System. She has been working in Ohio libraries for over 20 years, and she loves working with kids and reading picture books. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, CrossFit, birdwatching, and being an aunt.

Jordan McLaughlin is our newest board member and oversees development. He has a background in Marketing and currently runs his own business. Jordan grew up on a farm where he developed a love and respect for wildlife. He’s looking forward to helping grow our organization.
